ABSTRACT
I have to be a gourmet. This reason is that my duty must offer delicious meals for people by hotel's meals.
I serve there both as a member of hotel management and as head of the food and beverage department.
Meals of offering in hotel must be delicious by palates of each customer.
Hotel’s cuisines are commercial product offered in exchange for monetary returns. It must be delicious, beautifully presented, appropriate in volume and served in such a manner that the customer finishes with a feeling of satisfaction.
Moreover, it must be priced competitively.
I have experience of total 28years which is to offer meals during hospital dietitian and hotel’s chef.
I have been offering healthy meals which are delicious in HOTEL DU CIEL BLEU.
Today, in order that you will be able to take healthy life by healthy meals, I would like to show you genuine healthy meals by photography.

CONCLUSIONS
Sometimes, something that is essential to society can nevertheless go unnoticed by the general public. Looking to the near future, it is the mission of everyone, in any specialty, to predict the needs of society and innovate techniques for meeting those needs.
I hope that genuine healthy meals are progressed in hotels and restaurants by their works.
